United Sportsplex and United Basketball Association (UBA) have partnered with Chris Lewis Basketball (CLB) for Elite Skills Training sessions this September & October 2021. The youth training program is open to boys and girls, ages 9 to 17.

Class Types:

• Intermediate: skill development and skill application for all levels.
• Advanced: skill development and skill application for players with a base foundation and that are ready for more higher level concepts.

Skills we’ll cover in the classes: 

• Ball Handling/Footwork: Teaching how and why footwork goes hand in hand with ball handling. And relating this with finishing.
• Finishing/Shooting: Focus on form and footwork by using various types of shots. (off the dribble, catch and shoot as well as off screens).
• Game Application: We will have controlled live situations (1 on 1 or 3 on 3) that will teach players how to read the game and apply the skill to the game.

Classes & Times:

• Intermediate: 5:00pm-6:00pm
• Advanced: 6:00pm-7:00pm

*Max. of 14 players per session
